In college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Laura sang alto in a women’s a capella group, Tangled Up in Blue. Her senior year, they went to Chicago to record a combo album with their male counterparts, The Madhatters.
Laura sang the lead vocal on track 6, “Breathless,” and her song got included on the Best of College A Capella 2002 collection.
